Documentation
Start with the pages on this site:
- Getting Started — install the application, configure your first cluster and run the dev server.
- Architecture — understand the backend, frontend, realtime layer and plugin system.
- Security — authentication, RBAC, encryption, audit logging and hardening.
- FAQ — answers to common questions.
Community and commercial support
- Customer portal — support.proxmoxvex.com/portal lets licensed customers sign in with their account email and password (plus an emailed code or authenticator) to open, track and reply to support tickets. First sign-in uses the licence key to bootstrap the account.
- In-app ticket submission — paid tiers (Basic, Advanced, Corporate) can submit tickets directly from Settings → Licence → Support inside their ProxmoxVEx instance; the ticket arrives already linked to their licence.
- Community tier — free community support for home labs and open-source users; start with the FAQ and documentation, or file a request through the community support form — no licence required.
- Bug reports and feature requests — contact the ProxmoxVEx team through the pricing page or the support form in your ProxmoxVEx instance.
- Paid subscribers receive priority support, onboarding assistance and scheduled reviews.
